Diamond grinding wheel - metal bond
In this grinding wheel, the grinding diamonds (Grid 100/120) are bound in metal (bronze). These diamond wheels are designed for operation in difficult conditions such e.g. multishift, training, and education companies.
In practice, it is ensured by the adjustment of the engine, that the entire area of the grinding wheel can be used. The grinding wheel is consumed even when no sharp diamonds are no longer present.
The disk body can then be disposed of with normal scrap, as an economical recycling is not possible.
Important Note: This diamond wheel with metal bond may not be dressed.
